7 Treatments (Intensive 7 days). A treatment session approx. lasts 80 minutes. Intensive 7-day treatment is advised to anyone who deeply wants to treat and clean the body and soul. Treatments once or twice a month will also absolutely have a supportive effect. You follow your rhythm. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A TREATMENT. I am 28 years old and since 2010 I am a certified Movement Pedagogue (GDS/ifB) teaching classes in the areas of posture, body flexibility, awareness and relaxation. In February 2013 I attended the basic course Traditional Kerala Foot Therapy. 5 weeks, 7 days a week I practiced, trained and improved my balance and the feeling of the foot. After successfully completing the course and exam, I am officially allowed to perform this massage in Switzerland.

We took the Mysore highway and reached Ramanagara, crossed a level-crossing next to the railway station and drove past thick vegetation and paddy fields till we reached the village of Koongal.
