Monday, September 22, 2014. My lesson in self-love was a difficult time, but D'hartma was patient with me as he is with everyone his spirit touches. You see, I had to learn the self-love was not selfish, as I had been told and believed that when one loves themselves, there is something innately wrong with their thinking, and I should cultivate self-respect, rather than love. When a being is self-loving, he becomes full of that love, and then has so much that he can share it freely with anyone.
