Saturday, June 30, 2007. I've been on the pump for almost 3 weeks now. I'm loving it! Where have I been before? Oh, ya, right, I was fighting my doctors to allow me to go on the pump, which took 7 months. But nevertheless, I'm on, I'm happy, I never felt more free with diabetes in my life. Saturday, December 8, 2007. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, beep . 16.7 . deep sigh . "well at least it's stable" I hear my boyfriend saying picking over my shoulder, an attempt for a joke I guess. Saturday, May 19, 2007. Lost in one of the boxes. Well actually they are finally here! Both a pump AND a sensor! Big grin on my face :) I've already lost hope but got the sensor after all. Don't ask me how, it took looots of effort and time. But it is here! Even though it's a bulky old version and not a new cool tiny equivalent, I'm very very happy nonetheless :).
