Saturday, June 24, 2006. First off, this is just a test while I'm working on the format of this page. Eventually, I hope to make this a place where:. 1) I can post regular updates and pictures from my travels so I don't have to cut/paste/customize my emails to everyone while in a crowded slow-running internet cafe struggling to use a spanish-lettered keyboard and doing it all in under 15 min. Sunday, June 10, 2007. So we go tback from Casma, had a half-hour to pack, moved to Huacho. Then we went out and mapped/worked all day. Just got back in. We re staying at a nice hotel, I have my own private room and bathroom! That was a surprise. I have to use internet at a local place. Once I find a good one I ll write more. In the meantime it ll be hard to post, I ll see if I can work out a system. We ll be in Huacho permanently (for the rest of the season). Wish me luck! Posted by archaesmd at 3:50 PM.

Saturday, July 29, 2006. Well, actually it was yesterday, but this whole weekend is a celebration. So my plans for fiestas? Anyone else have requests for yarn or anything else? Let me know, I ve got a month to do shopping. It is awesome. :) There are specific areas where they have a bunch of pachamanca places all lined up next to each other that do this every weekend and it s pretty cheap to get a plate. If I can get some folks to get with me, I will definitely go. Yum. Posted by archaesmd at 9:09 AM.
