Rants and Raves of a Dieting Waitress. Laquo; Weekly Weigh-in. On May 16, 2013. Increase my water intake. A lot. So far I’ve been drinking at least 3 32oz bottles of water a day. (And I have been having to take a ton of bathroom breaks, too! Eat at least half of my body weight in grams of protein. (112 grams) This is also going to be a tough one! On Monday I ate 76 grams, Tuesday 84 grams, and Wednesday 81 grams. No more frozen dinners! I haven’t had one all week! No more eating out! 1/4 cup chopped onion.

Rants and Raves of a Dieting Waitress. Laquo; Week 4 C25K. On May 19, 2013. I am a waitress and two different restaurants. I am still in college (7 years after graduation). It’s a little embarrassing. I felt better after we had chatted for awhile though. My friends are doing just a ton better. Most of them have children (one has 4! And some are divorced. Only one has graduated college yet. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 cup sour cream ( or mix 1 C milk with 2 tsp vinegar). Ice cake while warm.

Rants and Raves of a Dieting Waitress. Jumpstart to Skinny Week 1 Days 1-3. On July 2, 2013. Unfortunately, my period still hasn’t stopped, although it has slowed down, and I’m still cramping. The cramps aren’t quite as bad as they were, but they are still way worse than normal period cramps! Sooo… needless to say, I’m frustrated. I haven’t been watching what I have been eating at all and have done absolutely no exercise. So does anyone else have any experience with PCOS that can give me some advice?

Rants and Raves of a Dieting Waitress. Update: PCOS and Fire. Jumpstart to Skinny Week 1 Days 1-3. On July 6, 2013. Sometimes light exercise, nothing more strenuous than walking, helps, but most of the time any type of exercise just makes the cramps so much worse! They’ve been especially bad the last few days! Anyone else with PCOS have any advice for exercising with cramps? I guess I’m just going to have to woman up and work through the pain. As far as Jumpstart to Skinny goes, I really like the plan!

And despite not even tracking my food everyday that week, I still didn’t gain any weight. So my weigh-in was the same as the week before, 222 lbs.
