Ulaanbaatar | Dignifiable
http://www.dignifiable.com/2017/01/ulaanbaatar.html
Monday, 2 January 2017. I popped into KFC for dinner and ended up counting out my money in the toilet. HA. Yes really, it was the only place I felt secure enough to do that. As I am not a museum kind of person, I spent most of my time doing what I usually do, wandering around the streets to get a better feel of the city and to explore. I noticed a lot of people who were walking hailing down a vehicle, and a random car would pull over to pick them up. Thank you for leaving me a message! Theme by The Cool ...

Hill End | Dignifiable
http://www.dignifiable.com/2016/07/hill-end.html
Friday, 8 July 2016. I mentioned that I had wanted to visit Hill End during my Easter road trip. However due to time constraints I didn't end up going. As I was roughly in the area, I decided to head there on my second and last day. I woke up to the valley completely surrounded in fog and it was just breathtaking. Stupidly, I had forgotten to remove my camera battery from my camera and in the -4 degree temperatures overnight, it had drained completely. D'oh! I had such a great weekend trip. Despite o...
Riverina Roadtrip - Along the Road to Gundagai | Dignifiable

Friday, 8 April 2016. Riverina Roadtrip - Along the Road to Gundagai. By Jack O'Hagan. I still remember all the words and I haven't met anyone else who knows the song. And that is really my rationale behind my Riverina road trip. Yes. A folk song I learnt when I was 9 from my Year 3 teacher. Bizarre? Yes, quite I believe. Here is the song for those who are curious. It must be so beautiful there when the leaves change. I walked to the historic bridges of Gundagai. These bridges were incredible! Peak Hill,...

http://www.agirlwithacamera.com/2015/05/26-weekends-no-4.html
May 4, 2015. 26 Weekends No. 4. May 4, 2015. I'm very excited for this new 26 Weekends post! I've finally done one in NYC! I wanted to go to the High Line to shoot some outfit posts so I decided to kill two birds with one stone and do a weekend post as well! The outfit post will be up this Friday as well! So be on the lookout for that! After about a half hour on the train, we got to Penn Station, and got pushed out into the hustle of the city. Which was really quite delicious! May 4, 2015 at 3:42 PM.
My Current Favorites #2 ~ A Girl with a Camera
http://www.agirlwithacamera.com/2015/05/my-current-favorites-2.html
May 11, 2015. My Current Favorites #2. May 11, 2015. Over the past month or so, I've compiled a couple of things that I love. So, I'm doing a new Current Favorites! I really like the mixture of things I have this month, I added a book, a couple accessories, and some makeup bits. I hope you like it! This goes amazingly with white shirts, a staple in my closet at the moment, it just adds a bit of shine to one, without looking tacky. I always love a good dewy base, but since I'm weirdly avoidant of highligh...

This Year In Books (Part I)
http://www.frauleinlouise.com/2016/12/30/this-year-in-books-part-i
This Year In Books (Part I). I made it my resolution to read fifty books in 2016, having regressed somewhat in 2015 (thanks, I wrote at the close of year last, to. Plenty of travel, the surprise of falling in love, burgeoning friendships, regular meltdowns about the direction of my twenty-somethings and the odd bit of work, too, I promise, all at the frenetic pace of London life. I am, like all inveterate bookworms, always hunting for my next this-changed-my-life read. When Breath Becomes Air. Unlike any...
THE SUNDAY MODE: Why You Should Be Your Own Best Friend
http://www.thesundaymode.com/2016/08/why-you-should-be-your-own-best-friend.html
Day in the Life. Why You Should Be Your Own Best Friend. I should probably start this post off by saying that I love my best friend and I'm a big advocator of embracing your friends and family. At the same time, I think there's something so comforting about knowing that you're happy with your own company and there's a certain sense of relief in knowing that you're comfortable being alone. As much as this post might make me sound like the weird girl from Mean Girls. Embracing your own abilities and knowin...

Day in the Life. Los Angeles: Expectation vs. Reality. LA is one of those places that we all hear about, read about or see on T.V (or all of the above). THE SUNDAY MODE: The Workaholics Guide To Getting Some R&R

Day in the Life. The Workaholics Guide To Getting Some R&R. I'll admit it, I'm the obsessive type. Once I get motivated to do something I tend to go full steam ahead and although this is a little too much of a train metaphor for my liking, I get tunnel vision and it becomes hard for me to see where and when I should brake. I'll work and work and work and then all of a sudden I hit a wall and it's called exhaustion. Start with small breaks. Use others as an excuse. Prioritise the 'current' version of myse...

Every year, our graduate institution holds a formal which we fondly call Graduate School Prom or Nerd Prom ('cause we're all scientists). This is a photo plucked off my Instagram. From this year's #nerdprom. My friends and I have gone to formal for most years. It's one of the few occasions we have to go all out and get dressed up. When you spend most of your day in a lab, you never wear nice things because they get ruined pretty quickly! DOING IT TO DEATH. And The Regent Theater to see The Front Bottoms.
