All throughout India, from state to state, the Goddesses are prayed. 2 cups finely grated carrots (can substitute with grated plantains or sweet potato). 1 boiled and mashed potato. 1/2 tsp chilli powder.

To me it tasted like an offspring of rasgulla. Which nevertheless was lipsmacking yummy. Wednesday, 11 July 2012. This bizarre sounding dish is a awesome Mediterranean dip. I adore Middle eastern food. The flavour's are mild yet robust. The basic preparation of this dip is similar to Baingan Bharta -(Smoked Eggplant Curry). Do give it a try. 3 aubergines Roasted and peeled. 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced. 2-3 tbs lemon juice. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1-2 tbsp olive oil and little extra to pour on top.
