Wednesday, July 13, 2011. It's the time of year to unplug, relax, and read a good book. Time for visiting family, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors. Summer also means Independence Day, one of our favorite holidays. We went to my sister's house over the Fourth of July weekend and had a blast, as usual. Scott and I stopped on the way there to stock up on fireworks. That evening, we had a large 'camp' fire and roasted hot dogs and marshmallows for dinner. I hope you had a wonderful Independence Day!
