When it was on the oven it rise really nicely but it flop that way when i took it out 😖. I must have fold the egg whites on the batter too much! Way too much 😁. Anyways i tried the trick to know you’ve got the good soft peaks if you can turn your bowl upside down and nothing will fall. I guess i just have to try and try till i get it right 😉.
