Hands 4 Voices Signing Choir. About Don't Shout Out. My name is Carol Cook - I am the founder of Don't Shout Out. I am a CODA (Child Of Deaf Adults). I am extremely passionate about Deaf issues and the problems faced by Deaf people on a daily basis. I am an extremely successful tutor of British Sign Language (BSL) and Deaf Awareness courses and have been able to bring my own experiences to the courses I deliver. Our first performance in Southend High Street was a great success. As part of the "Choirs For Christmas" event, the shoppers had no idea what to expect. But we soon grabbed their attention and stopped them in their shopping tracks (! Sunday 8th December 2013. Saturday 23rd November 2013. We can't wait to go back next year!
