Double Chocolate Microwave Fudge | The Microwave Cook
https://dormroomcook.wordpress.com/2010/09/21/double-chocolate-microwave-fudge
Microwave cooking… dorm room style. Double Chocolate Microwave Fudge. September 21, 2010. Double chocolate microwave fudge. For today involves making Double Chocolate Microwave Fudge. After two, more time-intensive dishes, I wanted to kick back and make something to indulge myself with. Fudge was the perfect idea. In both calories and fat content. As a new addition, I figured I would say what kind of tools (bowls, measuring spoons etc.) that I used in making my dishes. Chocolate chips $2.49. The steps in...

Microwave cooking… dorm room style. September 1, 2010. How to whisk eggs. Involves making a mini microwave vanilla cake. The vanilla cake represents the perfect ideal. For the beginner chef. It involves 1) an easy set of ingredients 2) simple measurements 3) no cutting, dicing, slicing, or mashing. With my level of cooking experience (none), the vanilla cake was a great way to start. Let’s face it; you don’t have to be Emeril Lagasse to make a vanilla cake. 8211; Baking soda ($1.45). The recipe calls for...

Microwave cooking… dorm room style. Double Chocolate Microwave Fudge. September 16, 2010. Recipe number three involves making microwave shrimp tacos. Yes, I know. This is the second shrimp recipe in a row. But I chose this recipe strategically because of the fact that I had leftover shrimp from the scampi. A key for cooking in a dorm: use the same ingredients. One good thing about this recipe is that it provides an opportunity to cook with fresh produce. Corn -$ .89. Black Beans $1.19. Olive Oil $7.99.
Microwave Shrimp Scampi | The Microwave Cook
https://dormroomcook.wordpress.com/2010/09/15/microwave-shrimp-scampi
Microwave cooking… dorm room style. September 15, 2010. Microwave recipe number two involves cooking microwave shrimp scampi. After a successful attempt at vanilla cake, my confidence was up. With a slightly inflated ego, I thought a step up to a dinner dish would be well within my reach. Although shrimp scampi seems like an intensive recipe, it is surprisingly simple. It involves 1) only 7 ingredients. 2) only a small amount of preparation 3) and simple steps. One trip to Safeway and I was ready to go.

Dorm Room Chic
Thursday, May 31, 2012. That's still the overriding thought in my head. Oh my God I've graduated, time to get a job, time to pay my own rent, time to freak out over the economy. Or I could just turn on a movie about graduation. So here are a few of the movies I've watched recently in between applications. 1 St Elmo's Fire. Most of them have jobs. Maybe the 80s were good for something after all? 3 About Last Night. Some Simon and Garfunkel songs? Labels: about last night. Sunday, May 27, 2012. So that's t...
