What in the Hootenanny! Living the Abundant Life. The World is So Full. Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Thank You, God. Amen. I had to go around that thing four times to make a mile. Four times! While I was walking along with all the other slackers who prided themselves on their lack of fitness, I kept wondering, "Are we done yet? Today was a little bit of an improvement. I stepped out the door this morning from my air conditioned house and was struck by the 5 am temperature of 77 degrees and whoo! Hopeless, t...

http://schwendimannews.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 28, 2014. I took a little break from crafting after Christmas because I was a little crafted out. I'm excited to get back into it and start making lots of stuff. Here are a couple of crafts I made recently. I made this menu sign from svgcuts Farmhouse Kitchen SVG Kit. To put in my kitchen. Originally it's suppose to be a card, but I decided to make it a lot bigger and into a sign (I actually wish that I would have made it even bigger than I did). Posted by The Schwendiman's. Sam and I ha...

The Schwendimans: April 2014
http://schwendimannews.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 6, 2014. For Spencer's birthday we took the boys to the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum. I couldn't believe how much they had there for the kids to do. I was really impressed and the boys loved it. Here are a couple of pictures from that day. The first area for the kids to play had tons of balls and places for them to go. We probably could have stayed here the entire time. There were tubes everywhere for the balls to either go down or be sucked up. Sam and Spencer being newscasters.

The Schwendimans: December 2013
http://schwendimannews.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 28, 2013. Here are some of the cute Christmas crafts I made this past month. I started making this Christmas house in November. It took forever to make but I'm really happy with how it turned out. I used the Maple Manor SVG Kit. And turned it into a Christmas house. I got the idea from here. These little village boxes are so easy and fun to make. I still have a little house to make that goes with it. This is from Santa's Village SVG Kit. The Santa Hat Box is also part of this kit.
