It is a modern and contemporary art museum, and was designed by Frank Gehry. Who also designed the Walt Disney Concert Hall. By Louise Bourgeois, which is Mommy in French. (Apparently there are many more around the world.) There was also a giant dog covered in flowers called Puppy. Up the stairs to the Puppy.
