You're Gonna Miss This. Mom of 2 Boys. Thursday, January 28, 2010. Don't hold me too close! One of Eva's gifts for her birthday was a zhu zhu pet.she got it from her BFF Rachel. It is a little hamster that moves around the house. It just keeps moving around on its little wheels. It's the closest thing to a real pet hamster with a lot less trouble - or so we thought. Well, I am just going to let the pictures speak for themselves. Eva, Eva, Eva! Sunday, January 24, 2010. And completely passed out! This is ...

Stepped on a Lego: Summertime, And the Living Ain't Easy
http://steppedonalego.blogspot.com/2010/07/summertime-and-living-aint-easy.html
Thursday, July 22, 2010. Summertime, And the Living Ain't Easy. I LOVE this picture. I have titled it "Summertime." I feel this is an appropriate representation. It's been more than a month since I have posted. I have lots of good excuses. Summertime is an interesting beast. I was so excited to get to it, so glad to have days where the kids and I could rise leisurely, craft four course meals for breakfast, and take our time deciding what to do with the day. It's funny how just when I was at my breaking p...

relyeable: Eight Years Later...
http://relyeable.blogspot.com/2015/04/eight-years-later.html
You're Gonna Miss This. Mom of 2 Boys. Wednesday, April 15, 2015. I remember the phone call like it was yesterday.my two year old son, Lucas was napping and I was putting my nearly three month old daughter Eva down for a nap. Of course the phone would ring when I am holding her in my arms, rocking her.who could be calling at noon time? And the note.there was no denying her intent.no matter how much I wanted to. Cari was a beautiful, intelligent, fun lady. She had an amazing job!

You're Gonna Miss This. Mom of 2 Boys. Saturday, July 25, 2009. A little over a week ago, we ventured out to try something new and different. It was a great adventure.Wannado City! It was an amazing experience and one of the neatest places that I have ever been. It is truly an entire city that is kid size. The kids can be anything that they want to be.a vet, a chef, a doctor, a fireman, a model, a police man, an actor.you get the idea. Lucas opted to be a policeman. Look, mom, no hands.that's our Eva.

You're Gonna Miss This. Mom of 2 Boys. Sunday, September 20, 2009. Little Miss "I do it" has done it! That's right. She is potty trained! Can we have a "woo hoo"? Today is day #11.Eva has done so well with her new diaper-free way of life. Yay! We have only had about 4 or 5 accidents - all minor. And we all love her collection of underwear.Hello Kitty (of course) and Princess. This was her first full day in the underwear. Naturally, Hello Kitty was her first choice. Tuesday, September 8, 2009. Well, let's...

You're Gonna Miss This. Mom of 2 Boys. Thursday, August 27, 2009. Last weekend, we attended our first swim meet. Our swim instructor Ms. Kimmie invited us to come cheer her swimmers on, and boy was it fun! It was a whole new world for us. And, one thing that we especially liked were their swim hats. Mommy, what are those on their heads? Those are swim hats. They help them swim faster.". I want one of those." And, of course, if Lucas wants one, then Eva wants one. So, how do we look? The kids loved it all.

Stepped on a Lego: September 2010
http://steppedonalego.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 11, 2010. Typically, I try to be honest in my posting. I’d hate to make someone feel bad by getting a less than realistic view of my life and think I’m anything close to perfect. Cause I’m not. And proud of it. But I really enjoyed my time in Baltimore. It's a truly historic town. Being in Baltimore with my dad has a distinct advantage: he knows where all the best food is. And there is. Of good food. Straight from the airport we headed to G&Ms. Is really good too, but we had gone ther...

Stepped on a Lego: May 2010
http://steppedonalego.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 20, 2010. My name is Ya-ya. Spelled L-I-L-A, but I like to call myself Ya-ya. Today is my birfday. I am two. Being two is fun. I love my life! I get to play with my bruh-yahs, Mas and Co-Co. My favorite thing to do is to cullah. You know, with crayons. I like to watch "packpack" on TV. Mason insists it's called "Dora" but I am certain he is wrong. My mullet has finally grown out long enough so mommy can manage it. Every morning I make her put pigtails in my hair. Or else. Then I say nah-nite.
