Whatever Drive Me NUTS! Saturday, January 5, 2008. One of the hidden Secrets of Kedah is Lata Iboi and Lata Celak near Kg Tiak off the Highway 4 to Gerik from Baling. Road going up there.is hell. You need a 4X4 or just on bike.but if you are Gung Ho like me. I drove up.and it was worth the trip. 20% Slope with bad rubble track.and river rocks.It's a suspension breaker.
