When I was in graduate school, getting my PhD, I read a study that found that college students could be as beneficial to clients as could people with Masters and PhDs, no matter what type of field of therapy studied. In an article this week in the Washington Post, Dr. Gary Small, a well-respected research scientist based at UCLA, said 10 minutes of brisk walking each day can help lower one's risk of Alzheimer's.
