12290;這裡記錄著AlanChen的工作、生活、網路趨勢與技術觀測心得，還有06-07年在澳洲的回憶. 關於艾倫陳. 透過這次東南亞海嘯的新聞串聯, 我才發現了 智邦公益館. 很感動, 數年前我曾經"上書"總統府(無回覆)及辜仲諒(由特助回覆, 卻不見落實)的想法, 讓智邦做出來了. 當時, 我是有感於網路熱潮催生了許多電子新貴, 實際應用在公益的例子卻很少. 我的想法有兩個, 一是社會上有許多需要幫助的案例, 並非每個公益團體或媒體所能涵蓋, 媒體的報導也會帶來"熱時過熱, 激情過後又無以為繼"的問題; 二是每個人關心的對象均不同, 即使捐款對象單位有公信力, 捐款人也不一定完全認同捐款分配方式. 衍生出來的解決方案, 是由一個有公信力的單位出面, 並雇用社工或義工進行背景查證, 讓每一個需要幫助的對象都有機會說明自己的狀況, 取得獨立的捐款(說難聽點, 就是類似online mall的觀念). 智邦現在不但提供了個案的背景資料, 還提供了訪客留言打氣的功能, 捐款時也能指定對象, 真的很棒.
