Saturday, April 28, 2007. Suddenly feel like going for a jog haha but my buddy went sentosa. Then my sis lazy don't want accompany me. So I went alone :( sob sob all ps me. Jog for about 25min slow, 15 min fast then cool down and stretching took 20min. Sweat alot, my whole shirt is wet.
