Our Model is Accompaniment. We enact our core values by using an internationally recognized model called ‘Accompaniment’. Accompaniment is a theoretical model for humanitarian work in conflict zones. Our Ecumenical Accompaniers (EAs) spend 3 months living in one of our placements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. As an EA you will experience life under occupation and commit yourself to advocating for change and promoting a just peace in Palestine and Israel when you return home. Wearing our distinctive vests, you will accompany locals and report human rights abuses, help protect communities and keep international agencies up to date with the situation on the ground.
