Saturday, November 27, 2010. Dated 27 November 2010. When he finished, he asked for assistance to write his name, and then demanded that I added mine on one of the balloons. Hence the pink words there. The cute thing was that after finishing these balloons, he drew more on another piece of paper, pronouncing that they were now lollipops. Yes, indeed. Why not? Both are objects of delight. Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Are these rude people fully cognisant of the fact that they are rude? Singapore - Johor Bh...

Tuesday, August 24, 2010. Nursery Songs and Poems. Since he was a babe, we've been playing Chinese nursery songs to Val so he's pretty good with them. It makes me so happy to hear him sing with Grandma - and even funnier, when he makes up lyrics along the way. He mashes up lyrics to form his own songs which are so entertaining. I have caught some on video, but never have had time to scribble them down. One day, Val came home reciting a Chinese poem by Li Bai. 床 前 明 月 光,. 疑 是 地 上 霜,. 举 头 望 明 月,. Attending...

Hungry Rambler: January 2012
http://gingerblossombud.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
A place for me to carry out inane conversations with myself. Posted by Gingerblossom at 5:32 AM. Sunday, January 1, 2012. Everyone celebrates the coming of a new year. I guess it represents a fresh start, renewed hope, anticipation of a brighter tomorrow. We're such old people! And I have to admit that I like huddling at home at night. So anyway, partying the night away on NY eve seems a little over rated. I think I would rather eat well, sleep well and wake up refreshed to face the new year.

That's partially why the blog has been forgotten in 2 years.I would like to try wr...
