Saturday, December 20, 2008. I've no idea why . . . and the question is irrelevant anyway. Over a month has gone by since I last wrote here and tonight feels like the moment to return for more. I can hear the satisfying noise of the pins falling over. I can see myself quite pleased with myself. Tonight I went to a ‘gong meditation’ which means that every cell in my body vibrated for about 45 minutes to various gong sounds or tones and by the end of the session, I felt like I was the halleluliah chorus in person. It was good way to start the year and to end the week, and to get in tune to fly tomorrow to visit my children and family for three weeks. I AM REALLY HERE. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
