Indre marked: Hvitvasking overvåkes fortsatt ikke godt nok i Norge. Norge har ikke overholdt dommen fra EFTA-domstolen i sak E-13/13. Som gjelder gjennomføringen av hvitvaskingsdirektivet i norsk rett. Derfor har EFTAs overvåkningsorgan ESA i dag sendt en grunngitt uttalelse med krav om at Norge overholder sine forpliktelser. ESA sender en grunngitt uttalelse nå for å gi Norge en siste sjanse til å rette opp forholdet før ESA eventuelt bestemmer seg for å bringe saken videre til EFTA-domstolen på ny.

Samtlige høringsinstanser uttalte seg positiv til ordningen. De sentrale høringsinstansene anmerket samtidig at ordningen er motivert av nærings- og regionalpolitiske mål, og ikke burde komme i konflikt med midler til produksjon av norsk film.
