Eat more veggies, Read more books. 30 Day Shred (30DS). Make your own Vol. 1: Soymilk. Cheesecloth or kitchen cloth. Soak 2 cups of white /yellow mature soybeans for at least 8 hrs. I would do it over night so it gets really big and soft. I had mine soaked for 24 hrs. This will produce about 4/5 cups of beans. You will make your milk in batches. For every cup of soybeans, you will need 3 cups of water. (You can make it two if you want your milk to be thicker). Blend this in a blender for about 2 minutes.

Eat more veggies, Read more books. 30 Day Shred (30DS). November 14, 2013. So I can run and chew at the same time. Yup, just realized that this morning. I couldn’t seem to focus on my running and chew at the same time. is it just me or do I have some type of deficiency. That’s all really had nothing much to post about today. oh and it started raining while I was out raining and you would think it would make move faster but nope kept on slowly moving along.
