Usually we don't stay over night, but we decided to this year since it was down in Hinckley and the kids are getting older. Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Last Day of 1st Grade. Jack had his last day of 1st grade today and seemed to do very well adjusting at Washington. He really like his teacher Ms. Clark, so we're excited to see who he will get next year. Sunday, June 1, 2014. Olivia recently had her first dance recital with Shooting Stars Dance Studio this weekend. Thursday, October 31, 2013. Last night Olivia had her normal dance class, but this week they were able to dress up in their Halloween costumes. Sunday, August 31, 2014. This weekend we made our annual trip down to the State Fair and met our friends Dan and Katie. Unfortunately it was supposed to be rainy weather on Friday, so we skipped the fair and went shopping so we'd stay dry. In the evening, we headed for apps and some shopping at the MOA. Tuesday, December 31, 2013. New House - Trim and Doors. I haven't posted much about the house lately, but they have still been making some progress. They are still working on paint, flooring has been started, and they started the trim and doors just this week. Here is the tile flooring in the mudroom.
