Wednesday, 11 April 2012. Greek Tomato Baked Lamb. It was seriously good, so here is the recipe. Give it a try! You wont regret it! My MIL often gives me rhubarb from her garden as it grows well and she does not eat a lot of it. Often I make apple and rhubarb pie but this time I went surfing the net and found this great recipe. It is very moist and yummy and served warm with custard over it, it is fantastic! Here is the recipe. Orange and Almond Cake. 225gm unsalted butter, melted. 1 1/2 cups icing sugar.

Wednesday, 1 February 2012. Anzac Slice - New Leaf Challenge. This was originally supposed to be Anzac Biscuit but I turned it into an Anzac slice for something different. Fulled with oats and almond meal it is really yummy to eat, and it is a lower fat version so good for you as well. I think I might finally be finished filling my freezer with yummy goodness for school/work lunches! Give it a month and I will need to cook them all over again but for now, I'm done! Thursday, 13 September 2012. Buttermilk and Berry Slice. This one looked so great in the picture that I had to try it, and I just love how buttermilk makes things moist and fluffy. 1 1/4 cups caster sugar. 1 tsp vanilla bean paste. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 1 2/3 cup self raising flour. 2/3 cup butter milk. 300g frozen mixed berries. 2 tbsp caster sugar. 1/2 cup flaked almonds. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease 20cm x 30cm slice pan and line with baking paper. 1 3/4 cups plain four. 1 tsp bi carb soda.

Saturday, 13 September 2014. Vegan Caramel Slice - Jamie Oliver. I can't believe I found this on Face Book! I didn't think Jamie Oliver would ever to a raw vegan slice! I am pleasantly surprised. 3 tbsp maple syrup. 2 tbsp cacao nibs. 1 tbsp coconut oil. 3 tbsp maple syrup. 2 tbsp chia seeds. Soak chis seeds in 8 tbsp water, set aside. Put all base ingredients in a food processor and process until it sticks together. Press into the base of a lined 20 cm slice tin. Smear over the top of the base layer.

Saturday, 13 September 2014. Spelt Scrolls and Rolls. I now even make my own spelt cheesymite and cheese and bacon scrolls for my son's lunches, I prefer to know whats in his lunch box. This recipe is for rolls but you can make scrolls as well . Toppings for scrolls include;. 750 gm spelt flour white or wholemeal. 450 - 470 gm warm water. 3 tsp dried yeast. 30 gm olive oil. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Bake for 25 minutes. 3 tsp dry yeast.
