On local festivals such as Shivaratri and Ashokastami, the garden sees footfalls of more than 300 visitors a day. Todays Civilised man rarely uses herbs and medicinal plants which were recognised and used for healing by his ancestors for many millenniums. Thankfully, the modern science , in the recent years has proven the pharmatherapeutic potency of these herbs. These plants are now being applied to uses that range from therapeutic, medicinal, wellness, aromatic, culinary, household and cosmic purposes.
