Eric * Kiley * Kinsley * Aila. Monday, June 25, 2012. We spent a morning at Kabah which means, "Strong Hand" in Mayan, it is the legendary birthplace of Uxmal's Dwarf magician. Most of it was built between 700-1100 B.C. This arch acted as a gateway into the city of Kabah linking it by a sacbe (road) to Uxmal a city 11 miles away. They were especially obsessed with Chaac in this region because there were no cenotes and so they were entirely dependent on Chaac to deliver the rain. Saturday, June 23, 2012.

That's right, it was Kinsley's first day as a Preschooler and my first day as a (married) Preschool teacher! Friday, September 14, 2012. Out of the Mouth of Aila. Through a baby animal book. Eric * Kiley * Kinsley * Aila. Sunday, March 24, 2013. Kinsley's 1st Trip Skiing. We took Kinsley {age 4} skiing for her very first time. We were worried how she would act (sometimes she likes to whine and is a tad over emotional) but we were pleasantly surprised. She LOVED it! She spent her first few runs crouched down like this but then learned to stay balanced standing up straight. Ummm we need to work on different adjectives. Eric says his favorite part was "stopping.". Friday, February 6, 2009. Joseph talking on the phone to Grandma. He is really good at carring on a conversation. I just sit and laugh about the things he talks about. "Should we go on a picnic Grandma? I want to have spaghetti for dinner after my nap" Where does he get this stuff? Before Christmas my family came over and we all went to the Museum of Idaho in Idaho Falls. Here Joseph is serving up the beans to Abbie and Audra. All the kids had tons of fun and actually we all enjoyed it.

Thursday, January 29, 2009. Just a few highlights from Christmas. Since Joseph finally got the whole song thing to work for his Birthday, he thought it would work for Christmas. We had tons of fun in Emmett. Joseph even got to be a shepherd for the Vickery Christmas eve party. His favorite part was the cane. All the children were 'thrilled' to be part of the nativity scene. Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Year at a glance. But after a long day who can help needing a little break from hiking. Not really He was just bored and thought it would be funny to pretend to sleep for awhile. After a long day of touring all he wanted to do was go for a little walk or really a race around the camp. The next highlight would be moving into our very own home on Christmas Eve. We LOVE our little home! I'm going to take pictures of the outside when the porch is done. The past year was great!

Wednesday, April 14, 2010. Some highlights from this semester:. John Deere Days- Joseph won a cookbood and hat. We all had tons of fun. Joseph made the bed for Uncle Justin to stay with us one night and he even put candy on the pillow. Colton and Lulu come to play on Wed. mornings and Lulu came with a goose egg on her head so Joseph put a bandaid on for her. It was so cute! A huge double yolk egg from our chickens in Kooskia. It was so much fun, we called it our "Princess Day" because that's what we are, princesses. Of course, every girl is, because we're all daughters of a king. :) We didn't get to meet all the princesses, but we're planning on going back and meeting the rest! FYI: Repunzel is by far my favorite. And it's almost been two years, but I'm still blogging!

Chad * Bonnie * Kristi. Monday, June 27, 2011. I love summer time and reunion time. For our Beck reunion we went to Harris Pond. I love it here mostly because the kids love it here. There is boating, canoeing, kiddie train, zip line, and a fun little area for the little tots. She said she had been home all day but she was out sweeping the shop because it was so dirty. She is amazing. I hope I can remain active and alert like her. Check off one family reunion and get ready for the next.

Chad * Bonnie * Kristi. Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Happy Fourth of July. We celebrated this great nation with our Ward's annual 4th of July breakfast. We fed over 175 people. We had a great turnout. The weather could not have been better. After the ward's party we came home and got ready for our family cookout.
