A while back, someone in business told me that one of the keys to success is not only to set goals, but to know WHY you are setting those goals. She called them the Five Compelling Reasons. If you wish to succeed in a venture, you must know why it is important for you to succeed. Success just for the sake of success is worthless, and ultimately will not be sustainable. I want to be home with my daughter. I want to establish a legacy for my family.
