We've gone to the arcade, taken a chocolate tour in Seattle and enjoyed Lakeview milkshakes in the past. This year, the boys and I decided to go whitewater rafting in Leavenworth (watch for that blog entry later this week), but Zoe asked to spend an afternoon at Slidewaters with me, including eating lunch and sharing ice cream. And we had a blast!

We enjoyed a whirlwind second half of the summer, with one of the highlights being a visit from Phillip's sweetheart Tiffany (see July's blog). Both Sam and I, dressed in white, performed several baptisms. It was an honor to watch Sam serving others in such a selfless way. I was very proud of him. November 18, 2013 at 6:49 PM.
