Ellie B 7W 2008 Travel Blog. Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Currently I am at the Mareeba Tropical Wetland. The weather here today is great. It's been nice and sunny and I'm having a great time learning about the environment this place contains. The Mareeba Tropical Wetland is located an hour drive from Cairns or Port Douglas. Ellie B 7W 2008 Travel Blog. Saturday, November 1, 2008. My third destination (Mount Everest). Yesterday I arrived at the Himalaya's at Mt. Everest. So far I have been climbing different parts of the mountain with my tour guide and learning heaps of new information. Today me and my tour guide went skiing, It was heaps of fun! Right now I'm staying in a tent 5,400m on Mt. Everest. It's quite cold. Appa Sherpa climbed Mt. Everest as well. He reached the top 11 times. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Ellie B 7W 2008 Travel Blog. Tuesday, November 4, 2008. Right now I'm at the Savannah Grassland which is found in the South of Africa. It's been great! The temperature here is nice and it's around 20-26 degrees. The land here is large with many trees.
