1st Empower Shack Built In-Situ Back To News. An ISN and Sconanathi leader was identified by the two organisations and Ikhayalami as the first person to acquire a double story empowershack. He will be making contributions towards the capital cost in the same way that we have institutionalised this mechanism in all the Alliance blocking-out projects.
