Eric Weide's Blog. Thoughts on IT, Security, Programming and 3D Printing. DNS issues break WMI. Ntimage has an IP address of 192.168.1.200 and responded as expected. Now, ping the IP address that the hostname resolved to using the -a flag, which should 'resolve addresses to hostnames.'. Aha, the IP address resolved to ntimageold, not ntimage. The reverse DNS is wrong. The A record can be check by using the nslookup tool. DNS looked good then, and WMI worked as expected. Time to rebuild the arcade!

I had some kind of DNS issue initially, but it's resolved now. I have also added a site for my app, PriceMatch Helper. And the new software company, Ambrosia Dawn Software. Nothing to see there yet (soon.). I'm not too happy with this theme, but I would rather be spending my time with app development! DNS issues break WMI.

March 29, 2017. Which is an amazing restaurant tucked away in a little cove on the ocean next to the Mauna Lani Resort. They also have a farm in Hilo, a boutique Berkshire pig farm actually, and it is definitely a family operation.
