The investigators describe a novel layer-by-layer nano assembly technique used to develop a superior cathode for sodium batteries. The Na-ion cathode consists of alternately arranged Na. Reversible capacity at a rate of 0.4 C and 80 mA hg. At 08 C, and maintained 60% of capacity at 2 C. After 400 cycles at 0.4 C, the cells still provide 77.8 mA hg. And Gd doped CeO.
