Event Regulations - Stanley Family Cycle. This is a fun ride, not a race. Any riders participating in the Big Ride who are under 14. Must be accompanied by a responsible adult and. Have their entry form signed by a parent or guardian. Those aged between 14 and 16 who wish to do the Big Ride unaccompanied must have their entry form counter signed by a parent or guardian consenting to such. Participants will be responsible for the roadworthiness of their own cycle. You must obey all Highway Code Rules.
