Tuesday, September 2, 2014. Arrived in Zell (Mosel). We arrived yesterday at the apartment where we will stay through September. Nice place. Located directly across from the river, a few hundred yards from the pedestrian area of town. Beautiful area with huge vineyards lining the steep walls surrounding the river. Sunday, September 7, 2014. Bought Louie a dog bed on sale. It's not something I would put in my house but it's very comfortable. This is the washing machine we're using for our laundry. He made quite a fuss at first but he was content to sleep with his head outside the bag. These shots were taken with Louie underneath the seat in front - on our flight from Rochester to JFK. Sunday, August 31, 2014. Thirty minutes from Stuttgart is the city of Tubingen. Nice old city with intact buildings.
