Week 4 - The End Is Near. October 6, 2014. Monday, October 6, 2014 - Paleo Challenge Day 22. Great job you guys! You are almost there! The finish line is near! So, what's happening to your body during this week? Your body is probably feeling (and looking) great right now. I definitely see a difference. Insulin is rising and falling properly to manage your blood sugar, and hopefully your sleep is sound and restful. This all equates to consistent energy and good mood throughout the day. October 1, 2014.

Finding the Fun in Life's Sour Disasters. Monday, 30 August 2010. Carrot Cake Breakfast Treat. My new favorite breakfast item is in the form of a delicious Oh She Glows Carrot Cake Scuffin. Of course, I doctored the recipe to make it paleo friendly, and the results were, I dare say, amazing. Paleo Carrot Cake Scuffins. 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 tsp baking power. 1/4 tsp sea salt. 15 tsp pumpkin pie spice. 2 tbsp coconut oil. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.

Paleo - What's That? Paleo Books I Like. Sunday, 1 February 2015. Making my own Make-Up. Did you know that I have been making my own skin care products for about a year and a half now and have even convinced Paleo Grandad to try a couple? Besides the fact I am no longer putting a lot of chemicals onto and in my body, I have saved a lot of money which goes toward buying better quality food. I stopped dying my hair a few years ago when it finished going grey (see my picture above! Wet your hair thoroughly.

Paleo Granny: Autoimmune Paleo
http://paleogranny55.blogspot.com/2014/07/autoimmune-paleo.html
Paleo - What's That? Paleo Books I Like. Sunday, 13 July 2014. I am almost finished the first month of the plan I got from working with Mickey Trescott (Autoimmune Paleo), which meant reducing my stress levels (not doing too well there), getting more sleep (a bit better) and healing my digestive system (which is going well as long as I stick to the eating plan and take my Betaine HCL every time I eat). I have also just added a soil-based Probiotic/Prebiotic for more healing. Russ Crandall) and Autoimmune...

http://paleogranny55.blogspot.com/2014/06/one-week-on.html
Paleo - What's That? Paleo Books I Like. Sunday, 15 June 2014. Wouldn't that be great. Wellit's been a week since I have been following the Autoimmune Protocol meal plan (mostly) and I have to say that I feel better - mind clearer, sleeping better, more interest in cooking (and blogging) - all good things. However, zero weight loss in the week. I have my one-hour meeting (via Skype) with Mickey Trescott. And I am excited (hopeful? Subscribe to: Post Comments ( Atom ). The Food Lovers Kitchen.
