I’d love it even more if it were a phone but my lame celphone provider doesn’t support them AND I think the memory on iphones BLOWS! I need my 32GB). But I digress… today’s workout was brought to you by my deck of cards🙂. Hearts- KB swings (face value x5). Spades- KB core twists. This was a tough work-out for me! Almost gave up 3/4 of the way through but I pushed through it. 30mins left me feeling like jello. Hope to blog more of my workouts!

I started reading this one last week and I must admit, I didn’t read EVERY SINGLE word in the book, there’s just too much info. His style of writing is a little intense and text booky for me.
