Getting Fit and Feeling Fab. Thursday, May 21, 2009. Morning Run = Morning Fun. I can't believe it! I didn't get much cardio in yesterday as I had a long work day then right to a meeting for a group I belong to and I didn't get home from my meeting until 10:30. However, I got my exercises in before I went to bed and doubled up on most of them since I didn't have the cardio. All in all a good day. Getting stronger. Building good habits. Getting Fit and Feeling Fab. Monday, May 25, 2009. Well, it was a pretty successful weekend on the fitness front. Went for my morning run on Thursday and then also did my exercises and a 2 and 1/2 mile walk Thursday night. Thank goodness for that walk. I got the lactic acid moving around to make all my moving around a little easier. I got the water consumption in but not the best with the food. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
