I feel absolutely amazing. I have waaaaaaayyyyy more energy. I don't have the pain as bad in my knees when climbing stairs. My body is literally being sculpted in front of my eyes. It's amazing to see the changes from week to week. Hubby is very happy! The average 9 year old boy. 6-10 lb bags of potatoes.
