http://thebicmac.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Old McDonald had a blog. Friday, November 18, 2011. I've been thinking a lot about Missions. It seems like all of my friends that are girls are either going on missions, or getting married about now. I guess it's that time of our lives, we're almost 21 after all. (21! 4 out of the 6 of us roommates are determined to serve a mission, and 2 of them already have their calls! My roommate just opened her mission call a few weeks ago to a very surprised crowd! Also, we got to ride her horse, which was cool.

Old McDonald had a blog...: Floundering
http://thebicmac.blogspot.com/2013/07/floundering.html
Old McDonald had a blog. Wednesday, July 31, 2013. My parents were given a challenge in church last week to share their favorite scripture with their family, so they emailed all of us and encouraged us to do the same. Verily, verily, I say unto you, ye are. And ye have not as yet understood how great blessings the Father hath in his own hands and prepared for you;. All things now; nevertheless, be of good. You along. The kingdom is yours and the blessings thereof are yours, and the. I feel like a flounde...

Scope for Imagination: August 2012
http://my-scope-for-imagination.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 13, 2012. Just trying to find out where I am. I haven't gotten lost once AND I have managed to get us where we need to, using jeepneys. So proud of myself! And I felt proud of myself now that people are asking ME if my companion speaks tagalog instead of the other way around. Yep, that's right my companion is not a native Fillipina. She's from. Pakistan! The 'I (heart) Manila' t-shirts are Sister Pacinio and I's companionship item. Cute huh? Oh, the picture from last week? How are my fello...

Old McDonald had a blog...: July 2011
http://thebicmac.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Old McDonald had a blog. Monday, July 11, 2011. So last weekend my brother Jeff and his wife Kira and their incredibly adorable and amazing baby Jeffrey (the second) visited us! It was such a fun weekend. Mom, Dad, and I were all freaking out about seeing baby Jeff because.well who wouldn't be? The first grandchild/nephew in the family, perfect in every way, cutest baby ever, and we never see him. So we were EXCITED. And of course we were excited to hang out with Jeff and Kira too. It was the best! Last ...

http://spencemorgan.blogspot.com/2011/04/lowest-point-of-programby-far.html
I am serious. And don't call me Shirley. Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Lowest point of the program. Addie and I at Cave 4 at Qumran. Here is where the largest number. Of Dead Sea Scrolls were found. A group on the tram up to Masada, a lot of little Muhlesteins in this one. Raquel (girlfriend) and I on top of Masada, overlooking the Dead Sea. Looking down Nahal David. Really helps understand the imagery described in the Book of Mormon. An Ibex, or Yael in Hebrew which is also the name of the coolest Kibbutz.

http://thebicmac.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Old McDonald had a blog. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Provo is a good place to be. Especially right now. I forget how lucky I am to be going to this school sometimes. I mean really. What if I didn't get in? My life would be.I don't really want to think about it. I wouldn't have gone to Jerusalem. yikes. So I moved in last week! It feels so great to be back with these kindred spirits, these bosom friends. Every time I see someone on campus my heart leaps for joy! So I guess I'm going make some goals this year.

Old McDonald had a blog. Friday, September 14, 2012. Cultural Diorama - Travelling Runner who Bakes and Reads. So for my Multicultural Education class, we need to create a Cultural Diorama, a presentation of artifacts that represents me socially, culturally, and ethnically. So I've decided to post pictures of these "artifacts" on my blog (as part of the assignment.). Jerusalem (and therefore the gospel) will always be part of me. And I so much fun! I have never had to push myself, physically and mentally...

Cherish the Moment: July 2015
http://sjflake.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 28, 2015. This year the 24th landed on a Friday, which meant that Jayze had work off. That day we aired up the mini swimming pool we bought for the 4th of July, invited my sis-in-law and sister over, and hung out and talked. It was Aidan's first time in the swimming pool. The water in Idaho is cold. We sat by really nice people (Jayze works with one of them) and chatted until the parade started. A man sitting right by us had a little dog. He showed the dog to Aidan, and since Aidan ...My ba...

Cherish the Moment: November 2014
http://sjflake.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 9, 2014. Is this your first? The question caught me off-guard yet again. This time though, I wasn't used to answering it in front of an entire class, so I panicked and said the first thing that came to my mind:. Uh, yes.". Then it hit me what my instructor had actually asked me and I realized I had lied. So I immediately thought about back-tracking. Well, um.". But somehow I couldn't bring myself to change my answer when all eyes were on me. So I said, "Well.yeah." and nodded. In my onli...
