Laquo; February 2012. April 2012 ». March 29, 2012. Nearly every destination on our walk today was spur-of-the-moment. The kids were getting antsy at home, so I suggested a walk to the local playground. That turned to a trip to the tree swing. And a game of hide-and-seek as we watched the Septas pass. And a walk to the red tree. And a visit to Daddy in his office. We were so quiet and sneaky, we made it nearly to his desk before he heard us and was genuinely surprised. It wasn't 70 degrees any longer.

A few friends receive the bulk of our love, and some of us could use a little pointers in letter writing etiquette*, but its mostly good fun and is a major element of this years homeschool. Example, from Lucys attempted letter to Averie: can you come to my house for my birthday and bring me some presents and Ill have a pinata and you can bring me presents and we can do pinata things.

Lillian went last year with a friend, but this was Kristen's first year at the fair. It was quite an experience, home made contraptions that crab-walk, can be worn like a suit or ridden like a tricycle. It has knitting, and sewing and pickle-making and robots, so may robots! The McGuire-Husky Family Blog. April 27, 2015. Nathaniel's school holds an annual Trike-a-thon fund raiser. Nathaniel brought two trikes and a scoot bike and used all of them during various parts of the event. He triked and scooted an amazing 16 laps or 1 full mile over the course of the event.
