Went to bar bar this afternoon for a very filling meal… i think i figured out why the food wasnt as good… prob cos the chef is a different one… and inflation has set in… beer a lil more expensive… thereafter, the dessert compartment in my tummy was filled with island creamery… and guess what? HELLO THERE AND WELCOME TO FARMER JIMS! We are a traditional cider maker producing top quality ciders on our west country farm. I have been making cider for many years. I have fond memories of helping my father and grandfather at apple harvesting time - from when I was young I used to climb the trees and shake the branches for the fruit to fall and then be gathered. We progressed to ladders and sticks, which we still use to this day, although most apple harvesting is mechanised now.
