Our artisan cheese is handcrafted in the San Luis Obispo County. Using antibiotic-free and hormone-free milk. Imple and pure sheep’s milk cheese made from the highest quality milk for cheese making. More mild than goats milk, but more flavorful than cows milk cheese, it is sure to provide a robust and tangy flavor to please any palate. Great for cooking with pastas, risottos, pizzas, and even on your favorite bread. Here are our current flavors. Organic Roasted Garlic and Rosemary. Honey and Sea Salt.

I found an old coffee can filled with old recipes that my great-grandmother used from the 1920's through the 1970's. While I have yet to actually try any, I hope to this coming summer, as there are a LOT of recipes for preserves.
