Sue doesn’t stick to a prescribed approach, instead she likes to combine ideas to create sessions that fit with what the student or the class needs. Working intuitively allows her to make sure that everyone is comfortable and able to do what they need to do. I was absolutely amazed by the lesson; I had been doing Pilates, but this felt so different. I felt like my body was connected, yet somehow released. It felt odd, and strange, but also really good! I qualified as a teacher in 2008, following a 3 year Inner Yoga Trust. And I enjoy sharing this and passing it on to all those I teach.
