We missed Pat but he didn't have to deal with crazy girls swirling around the house playing Barbies and the hubbub to get out of the house in the morning. The Farrells in London. Monday, August 16, 2010. Tim and I had big hopes of goin on a quick European vacation weekend like most of our American friends in London. Due to Tim's work schedule and our desire to save money while we are. The girls loved the pier that was along the boardwalk just beyond our seaside hotel. The Farrells in London. Friday, October 1, 2010. Five Weeks in America! After our seven month absence from the US, its hard to tell who is happier to see the other. Noni or Sophie? The first few days of the trip home are always the most exciting, but also the most difficult. The girls do much better with jet lag coming back to the UK. The Farrells in London. Friday, November 5, 2010. Guy Fawkes/Bonfire Night = Fireworks! There is a fireworks display near our house so Tim got home early and we packed a picnic dinner and went to watch. It gets dark here already by 4:30 so the fireworks were able to start in the pitch black by 7. Abby got a glowy necklace at the party and also ate dinner with Tim. Two rare events!
