星期二, 7月 15, 2008. 團契時間沒有見你,知道你身體不適.星期日到教會第一時間見你.嘩! 臉青唇白,得番半條人命.得知你耳水不平衝.崇拜中還要負責領會,講道和發聖餐,你為了事奉和責任"死頂". 開始崇拜,領會時臉色看似回復,聲音固然雄亮. 你的力量從何而來呢? 在講道中,用了四人抬癱子從屋頂放下見耶穌一事發放訊息.角度放在抬癱子的四人來導出"事奉".是我從未想過的方向.而你在表達道理的激動情緒和合理分析時,我的心情也被你牽動起來,對事奉熱切程度有所提升.只有我嗎? 雖然你在講道過程中,有好幾次講左四個癱子.但你的表現足已令我完全忘記你的身體狀況. 你的力量從何而來呢? 整個崇拜過程個半小時,你表面上看來沒有異樣.但當你步出禮堂後,我主動上前拍拍你的肩膀,你只對我講"我就死啦! 星期四, 9月 21, 2006. 剛過去的星期日,教會有三人籃球賽.當然我不會錯過表現自己籃球技術的時刻.不幸地,在第二場賽事中觸傷了左膝頭.當時都幾痛,後來只可勉強一柺一柺地步行.自覺比已前的受傷嚴重,一向不理小受傷的我都要找醫生求診. 今日再見醫生,看看做完磁力共振所顯影的膝頭組織.我的前十字韌帶斷了,還有半月板有輕微撕裂.不動手術都能應付一般走動,打球No Way! Posted by Fat But at 10:36 下午. 星期日, 9月 17, 2006. 每個人一生都有好多的第一次,而大部份的第一次都是靠自己去製造. 舅父仔這個稱呼是小部份的第一次,是妹妹和妹父為我去製造的. 外生仔是8月28日出世,年幾小小的他因為身體多病而另到父母憂心至好幾天不能入睡.我有刻意為外生仔祈禱.今日終於再有幾會見他,身體因長大和藥物而慢慢好轉.願神祝福他與他家人. 外生仔: 你要有健康的身體,長大教你唱歌.理應有天份,你哭時聲音實在大得很. Untitled Hymn - Cry to Jesus. 最近,在放工乘坐公車途中,聽到這首歌,當我細心留意歌詞去聽的時候,心裡因著歌詞的內容深受感動,旋律和曲式好簡單,好大可能性係First Call，無論唱和編都十分出色，由下車巴士站行回家中幾分鐘的路程，眼淚在眼睛裡打轉，差點流出！心裡想著，如果將來到我死了，在我的葬禮上，噢不！應該是當我臨終前，我的一班摯友，兒女，同分拉的隊友為我唱出這一首歌作為送別，幻想著自己被一班人，是我最愛和愛我的親友，圍著好像天使一樣並列隊歡送我去到耶穌那裡，嘩，簡直可算是死而無憾，笑住咁去！哈哈！我在Youtube找不到First Call的版本，卻找到這首歌的原作者Chris Rice的Video.
