Just another WordPress.com site. On December 30, 2012. Posted in: Health and Fitness. Slept for 8.5 hours last night woohoo! Ran four miles with some short sprinting intervals followed up with burpees and some core work. I will admit to having two very large glasses of wine tonight, however my food choices for the rest of the day have been great! I purchased a new core ball today for use at work so that I can no longer slouch over my keyboard. One day at a time.
