Last weekend Indy Runners sponsored their yearly Groundhog 7 run which was FREE with a donation to Gleaners Food Bank. And hopefully it...

My life in miles. The 2012 500 Festival Mini Marathon. May 6, 2012. The track is over with and just a few more miles to go! 8221; At this point the sun was peeking through the clouds and my legs were feeling a little heavy. Around mile 10 I was so over the mantras in my head and it slowly went from “Just run” to “Why the hell do I do this to myself? 8221; Everyone thinks that at least once during a 1/2 marathon, right? We’re all only. I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA! Pre-race Rituals and the Sam Costa 1/2.
