A Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (Zimra) official has encouraged small to medium scale enterprises to pay taxes, expressing concern the sector continued to shun paying dues to the state. Nkulumo Mkhululi, a representative of Zimra told an SME and banking conference in Harare on Monday that SMEs were playing hide and seek with Zimra when it came to paying taxes.
