I sometimes find it slightly tricky to eat healthy especially if I’m busy and I want to quickly grab something to eat. Today I thought I would share with you one of my favourite recipes, to turn something you fancy into a healthier alternative. (QUICK AND EASY TOO). 600g white bread flour 2 Avocado’s. Tea spoon dried yeast baby tomatoes. 500ml water Salt and Pepper. OR Tesco pizza mix Bacon bits. Next up comes the bacon, I cut 2 rashes of bacon into small squares and fry them off until they become brown.

Real Friends gig review. May 19, 2015. June 19, 2015. On the 22nd march Real Friends brought their UK tour to a close with a sold out show at the at the London Underworld in Camden. This venue did not have a barrier which made it more of an intimate gig for the fans as it allowed them to stage dive and crowd surf. I would recommend popping along to one to these guys gigs if you have the chance you won’t be disappointed or take listen to their new EP ‘expecting honesty’. DEFIENTLY A POP PUNK BAND TO WATCH.
